Booking an appointment with us is quick and easy through WhatsApp. Follow these simple steps to schedule your consultation:
- Save Our Number: First, add our official WhatsApp number, 84182862 to your contacts list. Otherwise, feel free to click the bottom WhatsApp icon to contact us.
- Send a Message: Open WhatsApp, find our contact, and send us a message stating that you’d like to book an appointment. You can also mention the type of service you’re interested in (e.g., Feng Shui consultation, Bazi reading).
- Provide Details: To help us better serve you, please include the following information in your message:
– Your full name *How should we address you?
– Preferred date and time for the appointment. *Weekday or weekend
– Any specific questions or concerns you’d like to discuss? - Send Confirmation: After receiving your message, we will check our availability and confirm the appointment time. You’ll receive a pre-booking message with all the details and requirements.
- Payment Process: A full payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment. We will provide you with the payment details. After making the payment, please take a screenshot of the payment receipt. (Please note that your pre-booking slot will be held for 48 hours. The slot will be released to other clients if payment is not received within this timeframe.)
- Payment Receipt: Share the screenshot of your payment receipt with us via WhatsApp. This will serve as confirmation of your appointment.
- Appointment Confirmation: Once we receive your payment receipt, we will confirm the appointment time and send you all the necessary details.
- Appointment Reminder: We’ll send you a reminder via WhatsApp a day before your appointment to ensure you don’t miss it.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance through WhatsApp. Please note that cancellations may be subject to our refund policy.
