   – Refunds are processed at 70% of the service fee.

   – Name and contact details of the customer
   – Date of the scheduled service appointment
   – Reason for the refund request
   – Refund requests must be submitted within three days of the scheduled service date.
   
   
3. Refund Processing Time:
   – Once a refund request has been approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 working days.
   – The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
   
   
4. Non-Refundable Services:
   – Certain services may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of purchase or in the service agreement.
   – Any applicable non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated to the customer before the service is scheduled.
   
   
5. Refund Disputes:
   – In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, Yan Feng Shui Metaphysics Pte Ltd reserves the right to investigate the matter and make a final determination.
   – Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence to support their refund request.
